Preparing for your Free Consultation
Your free consultation is an opportunity to learn whether EuroLift, and accompanying procedures such as neck lift or neck liposuction, is right for you. It’s best to make a list of your questions and concerns before the day of your free consultation so that you don’t forget them while you’re sitting with the cosmetic surgeon.
Because he wants you to be satisfied with the results, the surgeon will explain the procedure and its risks thoroughly; also, he will ask questions to make sure you’re a candidate for the procedure. If there is something you don’t fully understand about any facet of the surgery, ask the surgeon to explain before he continues with the consultation.
What You Will Learn at the Consultation
The surgeon will also offer information about alternatives, or added procedures that you express an interest in. His goal is not to pressure you, but to make sure you’re well informed.
All questions are welcomed during your consultation. The surgeon expects you to ask about his qualifications to perform the surgery, and his professional experience, such as how many times he has performed the EuroLift surgery and how those procedures have turned out. He will also tell you the cost of the procedure and payment policies.
You may also want to ask the surgeon if there are past patients that you may see before and after pictures of, and if you could talk to any to find out their thoughts on the outcomes of their surgeries.
Some questions you may want to ask your plastic surgeon include:
- How good a candidate am I for the procedure, and can I expect to be satisfied with the results?
- What are the risks involved considering my health factors?
- What medications, drugs, or habits should I discontinue prior to the surgery?
- How long will I have to be off work, and what is the recovery time?
- What discomforts or pain can I expect?
- What is expected of me in preparation for the surgery, and what will I need to do after the surgery for the best outcome?

It was a total rejuvenation . . . what I went through and what I feel today. I'm beside myself about the change in my own self and my self-esteem. I'd do it over again in a heartbeat.
